Found this in an alley just off Harbord.
It’s a very textured wall.
There’s nothing like painted alleys!
You can’t bee-t the art!
I looked for an artist’s signature, but couldn’t find one.
A good guess would be Nick Sweetman, but it’s just a guess.

Somewhere in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada ..
… is this very charming mural by Sarah Collard.
It is painted on very pronounced brickwork. Also, it was captured on a sunny day…
..when the shadows from the bare trees’ branches…
…played havoc with my photography.
Get it while you can, & I took this when I could.

This beauty is on a 50′ long wall off Ossington near Queen West.
It is a sunken boat with sea life. The colors are intense!
I couldn’t capture the mural in its entirety, so here is a presentation from left to right.
The above photo looks amazing blown up.
The boat takes up about half of the mural.
Below is the fish farthest right.

This heart warming family of seals is part of a long wall.
Here’s the baby seal.
They live in a parking lot by Ossington & Queen W.
For me, the seals steal the show…
Even though the center piece is quite catchy…
.. and full of glamour.
…And the lead piece is very flashy.

Zena is somewhere in Lebanon & found this beauty.
She has more Graf pics, but says the wifi connect is so bad, she’ll send them when she comes home.
We’ll just have to wait for more info, but this mural’s woman is as beautiful, as Zena is! (Zena is so gorgeous!)

There’s an adorable patio on the side of a Peruvian- Latin American restaurant.
Most of the image is painted on the wall.
Some of the characters are painted on separate wood cut-outs, then placed a bit away from the wall.
This creates a 3D effect, which is more effective in real life than in a photo.
Love the humor!

The artist is unknown to me.
Street artists like to paint walls, so they found 2 in Cambridge.
They finished down by the river, then did group pieces on the walls they found.
Love the humor here!
When I departed, Sath was just about to add his contribution, as was Tensoe2.
As I never saw the finished piece, I’m posting these 2 close ups of Sath’s river piece. It is gorgeous!
So far next years festival is planned for the 11th & 12th of August.
Below, Shalak is painting her part of the other wall I did not get to see finished.
Here we see: l-r – Mediah, Tensoe2, Shalak, Odeith, Smoky & Dave Bonzai. Blow it up to see them better!
If not for a day of rain, I would have gotten to see the 2 wall pieces finished.
Next year will be awesome, I’m sure! August 11 & 12, 2017.
