Muisca Art

I have posted Muisca’s art before. Here are 2 pieces, in 1 post.

It’s always colourful, imaginative and sweet.

This first one is from Feel Good Lane.

Don’t get dizzy! I rotated this one, for fun.

This next garage door is from a bit earlier in the year.

The Artist:

This alley was painted as a tribute to Barry Luksenberg, who performed under the name “Feel Good”. At 24, he was killed in a motorcycle accident while travelling across Vietnam with a friend.

Star Birds

These colourful birds are stars in Feel Good Lane.

The crazy thing is that the first bird on the left, as you look at this pic, looks like a primate to me.  Granted, there’s a beak coming out of the head, but I figured there was a bird behind it thatI couldn’t see.

When I saw the pics, I figured it out.

Kids’ Park in Feel Good Lane

There is a Kids’ park set back in the middle of Feel Good Lane.

Care has been taken to paint kid friendly images on the garages along the park side.

This is actually the first garage, but the above painting is my fave.

Luv the Hallowe’en images!

Peachy Blue

This particular piece of garage door art is really growing on me.

Pano

The Fox and Lion

No, it’ not a pub.

The fox is classically exquisite.

The lion is graffiti exquisite.

Raccoons Wuz Here

These are bad boys & girls!

They’re out grabbing garbage and spraying graffiti.

Look how cute they are with their bushy tails, bandit masks and green fur!

Seems like the only thing they didn’t tag was the window.

Feel Good Birdos

Birdo has lent his talent to Feel Good Lane.

I’ve been a huge fan of his for 6 years. I’ve met him at least 5 times, once in an art supplies store. He remembered me, and is very sweet. ❦

There was a car parked, so I did my best to capture this adorable piece, in a window’s reflection.
