MIKE’S GENERAL STORE Face 4.
In 2011, a painting of this Steve McQueen – Bullitt – movie poster was added onto an outcrop.

Here is the side, originally done in 1999, with the 2011 addition. The prairie sun was my usual foil.

Steve McQueen was the epitome of cool! He was only 50 when he passed away from Mesothelioma.

Always loved Steve McQueen!! Awesome post!
“lol” Thanks for taking me here! I would have missed this mural without you! xo
Steve McQueen was cool… 😉
Very well captured… 🙂
He was way cool! 😎 So are you! 🙂
Thanks for the compliment on my captures! I do try! 🙂
You are the Indiana Jones of murals !
Aw! You are so sweet. However, I’m still not getting a pith helmet! “lol” 😉
(Let’s see…. Resa Jones…. Indiana Resa… working on it!)
These are absolutely superb examples of graffiti and such excellent details in each one, I especially like the Steve McQueen one as he was one of my most favourite actors, actually I still enjoy watching his old movies as he was a class act in every discipline. Thank you for adding these my friend 🙂
Happy Wednesday to you Resa 🙂
Andro
Dear Andro,
You are welcome…I love the Steve McQueen mural a lot, too! 🙂
His work was superb, and he died, too, young!
Wednesday has been a busy day for me.
I am chasing a contract. I have been adjusting my website http://resamcconaghy.com/ all day to be more specific to the job.
Think I will visit your site for a break now! 🙂
Yes they say that the good die young but it was a big blow to the movie industry when we sadly lost Steve McQueen, an actor of such immense quality 😦
I will be calling round as soon as I click on this reply, and hey good luck with the contract that you are chasing 🙂 By the way thanks so much for touring my Space, I appreciate your thoughts on my writing 🙂
Andro
I want to read more! I’m having a few very busy days. 🙂 Have a great Friday! 🙂
You too Resa 🙂

I was unable to comment without registering but I am impressed with your fine achievements, I noticed that the threads were a little out-of-date but I think it is always a good idea to further enhance one’s abilities and some feedback would have been really nice I think.
Perhaps a second Space at WordPress would be better suited as everyone enjoys the kind of work that you do and through this medium I figure the responses would be incredibly fruitful. You certainly deserve some credit my friend 🙂
Happy Thursday 🙂
Andro
How lovely of you to have taken the time to look at my website. 🙂
Threads are out of date?….. I need to look into that. Long story, but I just want it to be a static site. No threads at all.
The “Art Gowns” were an idea from my original blog (Queen’s end), which has now become my CV site that you visited. http://artgowns.com/
I agree about the threads, it’s much better to have a site without them 🙂 have an enjoyable Friday 🙂
Andro
