Here’s the 2nd half of the west side, & 1st half of the east side of the underpass mural.
To the right of the stone entrance marker, with planter flowers (last pic, previous post), there is road with a strip mall to the right.
Notice anything about the name of the cafe?
Next to the cafe, there is an apartment building. A man walks his dog.
Across the street, we enter the east side of the tunnel.

It’s a nostalgic mural of the Kingsway Royal York area, in an underpass.
Let me back up to the beginning. It starts with a park.
This mural is not quite 3 years old, and already the rain run-off has left its marks.
The park is at the entrance to the tunnel.
When we enter the tunnel, there is a street with a theater,
…a bakery…
… a bank & couple other businesses.
The rest of this side of the underpasses mural is after the planter, for the next post.

The almost solstice sun cast long shadows, on older tidy garage doors.
This door had vines growing over it. Shadows cast are dramatic, veil-like.
She wears a blue butterfly in her hair.

Birdo & Getso painted this board fence wrapping a high-rise construction site.
It wraps 2 sides. I started at the west end where a Birdo horse lives in a lime green circle.
There are 3 abstracts, all in colorful circles, following to the east..
Then there’s a cute…raccoon? with different size ears.
Followed by 3 more abstracts.
Where it turns the corner, there’s a cute …. donkey?? or Kangaroo?? with different size ears.
Five more abstracts run along the north to south boards.
The final Birdo is gorgeous!

Judging from its condition, the barrier seems to have been there awhile. It feels like a piece or 2 were missing.
I’ve seen this style face before, but I just can’t put a finger on who the artist is.
