Head Candy

Found this on the side of a building off Queen W.!

I looked around to see if there was a shop or something called Head Candy, but there was not.

I guess it’s just a thought & a pretty piece of bubble gum!

I quite like it.

  1. There is so much this piece of art can tell, both good stories and bad, depends I guess on one’s state of mind (the good being airheaded, sweet thoughts that get us through; bad, for example, chewing on one’s hair in times of stress, as though it is bubble gum.)
I do think however this shade of pink is always a puller to the bright side, and the whole art piece looks like it was done with much vigor, freedom and wanderlust!

    1. This is a very interesting comment, Oloriel.
I was attracted to the fun graphic style & the pink color when I saw it. I agree with everything you say, and am so glad you like this piece! 😀

  2. Wonderful… great proof of Pop Culture as Art Street here. Warhol would approve… sending love, dear Resa. I hope you are having a great summer. Aquileana ☀️

    1. I did think Pop Art when I saw it. I’m so glad you think that, too!
I’m relishing summer and life amap. Sometimes I think I can never love life enough. Like the old saying…. “stop and smell the roses”… I do, I do stop and smell the roses. Then later I think I should have stopped longer and inhaled the scent deeper into my soul. Sending Hugs, love and a big kissy face! Resa ⭐

  3. Hi Eye-Candy, or should I say Bubbles 😀
This one is very colourful. I expect you were pleased when you found it Resa.
Have a lovely evening my dear friend. Ralph xoxox ❤ #<
