    1. This underpass is part of the network of ramps to bridges and the Don Valley Parkway. It is about 3 blocks from the actual Underpass Park, but still part of the network.
      I agree with you that the collection here is on par with the best. I call it Wynwood, Toronto style!

    1. I’m not sure, but there was a moment several years ago in Toronto when the gov’t tried to “clean off the art” The citizens’ response was not expected. It was we want our street art!! After a showdown, we got to keep our street art. It has since then exploded! I’m about 200 posts behind!
