I need to find out the name of this Artist, and I will. I see this style here and there, and it’s unique.

It almost looks like it is a commissioned work for some business. Do you think it is or is it just “there” by the artist? It’s a really neat style.
I don’t think it’s commissioned. However, the artist could have had permission from the buildings owner.
There are some great pieces in my local alleys.No one was paid, but permission was granted.
I’m waiting for someone to ask me!
