Signed “Elicser 08” in the bottom left, this lovely is found in the alley S. of Queen W. near Bathurst
Not sure what it’s about, but it is tagged Pato© or Patoc or Patoo at the top. There is a graf artist named Pato from Brazil. Is it a collaboration, or did some smart asp just tag it for fun?
The fact that it has survived 6 years in a heavily tagged alley without being written into oblivion, speaks to the respect this street artist commands.

IMO, pastels aren’t common in street art. True?
Very true! I rarely see pastels in street art. That’s why this was such a nice find.
Usually if the colors aren’t bright, it’s because it is an older piece and has faded/dulled with time.
