  2. I’m just curious, do you know if something like this is “sanctioned” by the building owners or is this truly graffiti – someone just showed up and painted it? It’s really lovely.

    1. Someone just showed up and painted it!
      It is on a long wall at Ottawa Tech and artists constantly paint over one another’s work. I had just taken pics of what was there and 7 days later this was painted over it.
      Nouveau Beauty is on this wall and one day someone will paint on top of her.
      I did a post..Ottawa Man Head… that is already painted over!
      It’s a fab and constantly changing wall!
