Artist Joseph Sagaj, Ojibwe from northern Ontario,

…painted this mural in 2006.

It is massive, and was hard for me to capture with my amateur camera.

It says a lot.

This sidewalk mural was painted by Mike Parsons. It’s only to last 3-4 years.

It’s at least 3, now. In Breczy Park, Toronto, it leads up to “Trompe l’Oeil.”

With the kids in the hood in mind, he made it a hopscotch game. I think it’s brilliant.
Previously on GLaM, I have done 1 post on his art. Check it out! Market Madness
Well, see you all next post!

This mural was painted in 1980 by Derek Besant.

Its actual title is “Trompe l’Oeil.”

It is on the back of Toronto’s famous Flatiron building, which faces Berczy Park.

Next post I’ll cover the sidewalk art leading up to it.
