Cock of the Walk

Yes, it is a colloquial idiom!

the cock of the walk  (British old-fashioned)

A man who acts as if he is more fashionable or important than other people.

1. (informal) a person who asserts himself in a strutting pompous way

Well this cock is strutting around a cityscape and trash bins.

He is quite glorious (sorry for the shadow. It’s the sun’s fault not mine!)

There is also a signature (or 2?) in writing.

Great reflection!

Driverless Street Art Eco-Car Premieres in Kensington Market

The street artists are very busy this summer!

This car is a big hit! Kensington is a popular tourist destination, and everyone wanted their pic taken beside this. I had to hang around for quite awhile to get my shots.

Also, it’s parked in front of one of my fave murals, which I did a post on 2 years ago. I call it  Kensington Flower Girl. Check it out!

The artist is unknown to me at this time. As always, I will update, if I find out.

Piliriqatigiingniq

“Piliriqatigiingniq is a pillar of Inuit traditional knowledge”

It means to work together towards a common goal.

This mural is a collaboration of Nunavit youth artists and graduates of the Toronto’s Oasis Skateboard Factory.
