Wild Life

It’s a sweet, imaginative piece in a parking lot.

I mean, here’s Toronto’s cityscape, CN Tower and all, with a parrot and elephants.

… and a BUNNY!

The wall dints in & out.

BEST PART OF THE MURAL IS THE CAT BELOW

Around the final corner is a trapped elk.

At least I caught his reflection.

Not only was he trapped by a car,

… he was imprisoned, which is how I found the painting. I had to find out how to get a better shot of him. That’s when I found the rest!

This is a really nicely painted and depicted. Ted, if I read it right, packed a large variety of critters onto those walls.

    1. It was a fun find, where I expected there to be nothing. It always seems to pay off when I go a different way. Glad you enjoy it!

I did 2 sketches to live music last night. … You or you as I draw you when I get carried away to music with the watercolour crayons. I think I’m doing a series of black dresses. I might try to do Gi in one. xoxo
      Will send pics later!

    1. Aww, what a great comment! 😀
Hey, you are finally up in my drawing agenda! I’m starting with a black dress, for a black dress post on Art Gowns, then I’ll move on to Cecilia Lionheart! xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

  2. Resa, thank you for sharing this artistic haven of wildlife in the middle of the city! It’s beautiful and whimsical – I can identify with the girl wandering along, a book in the hand!😀
