Shalak Attack is my Street Art hero.

Her colors, her attention to detail & her passion are killer.

Not to mention, she is 1/2 of Clandestinos.

Her work lights up my heart & mind, always has.

She was one of the 1st to finish her piece.

That was amazing, as the artists were behind schedule (rain), & I had to leave 2 hours early on the 2nd day. Not all pieces were done.

Check her out on Shalak Attack Website or on Shalak Attack on Instagram or Clandestinos Art on FaceBook

HELLO BIRDO!

I’ve adored Birdo’s work for years!

His take & style are unique & entertaining.
One of Toronto’s most prolific & omnipresent Street Artists, I feel his time has come in the international theater.

I can’t find an Instagram or website, but check out Birdo Art for a GLaM Post or type Birdo in the search in the footer to see more.

Much gratitude to both Shalak & Birdo!

These are stunning!
I’m impressed, as well!
So incredible. She’s amazing. The work is wonderful. And to get to see someone doing it is just fantastic. Thank you.
Seeing, taking pics & maybe meeting artists is part of the fun. I got to meet her & have been invited to a future painting!
That bear is just beautiful! What a talented artist!
I agree! The artist is very special.
These are so cool and the reflections on the water just make them awesome!
It sure beats Graf reflected in cars! Nonetheless, I’m glad for good car reflects when I get them.
Awesome place to mount these, the reflections are cool. Yes, incredibly vibrant and talented artist. Wonderful find.
It was the best time. I’m very excited for you to see what the chalk artists did. So much talent, work and then 1 rain & gone.
I just love the top one. So colourful. I see you like it too dear Resa as you have added it to your sidebar.
Happy Sunday my friend. Ralph xoxox #< ❤
I have added it to my sidebar, and inside the pic, if one clicks on it, will eventually be all of the posts from the festival. Right now there’s only 2, but eventually al! xoxo ❤ #<
Wow… I agree, Resa, both these artists are quite fantastic. I really enjoy their style; bold and colourful.
How great that you got to meet Shalak; as well as getting a future invitation; she really is magically talented.
So, what becomes of the canvasses? I can’t imagine them remaining in good condition left as they are in the elements! 🙂
xoxoxo
As far as I know to date, Sath’s canvas was sold. He got the lion’s share of the cash. Will ask Shalak when I see her, about what happened to hers. ❤ xoxoxo

Thank you very much, Laurent! Love this interview. I got to meet Shalak & she is amazing. I will go to Winnipeg in October to see the wall she will paint there. It is a very BIG wall!
I can see why you adore Birdo! Magnificent 🙂
What a mind and talent! 😀
Simply beautiful work!
Impressionante!!!! Muito bom!
É maravilhoso! Obrigado por sua visita e tenha uma semana maravilhosa!
What a range these artists have. It must have been an emotional journey to see all of these, close together, emerging from small cylinders of paint and tiny cylinders of chalk. And people’s imaginations. So completely free and joyful.
