Wall decay reveals it’s been around a few years. However, other than what looks like a peeled off paste-up, the taggers have behaved.

I fell in love! I went by on the street car, and I think he’s gone now. I saw new graf in that area, so I will be heading up there tomorrow to shoot it. I will double check, and if he’s gone, will move him to the RIP page!
