43 Toronto street artists came together to paint the underpass on Bloor at Dufferin.

It is a very, very long underpass, & the art is on both sides. It is magnificent!

This will be at least a 12 part post, so I will publish guest posts & a couple of book reviews in between.

Might as well start at the beginning. Here’s Cruz1!

I would not be surprised to find out Cruz1 organized this art fest.

So graphic and skillful, love this one as it reminds me of cubism.
It is like cubism. There is another Toronto street artist whose work seems totally cubism. His/her name is Hunto. https://graffitiluxandmurals.com/2013/07/16/picassograph/
I saw it Resa! Definitely looks like Braque or Picasso from the cubist period. Thanks for showing me!
That 43-name one is quite unique, I guess 🙂
It’s the largest number of artists I’ve seen come together for a public street art project. However, CRUZ1 has put together artists before…. such as I believe https://graffitiluxandmurals.com/2014/07/31/welcome-to-columbus-parkette/ The first of many posts I did on the art in Columbus Parkette and surrounding alleys.

LOL… That AC/DC song sounds like this piece of art looks!
Once is not custom, I owe you an explanation for my choice. Indeed Cubism was born in the period of the First World War and then also because the first graf, the finger pointing to the skull, as some propaganda posters, I need you to die …! !!
Very interesting!!!! Thank you…. lots!!!
Wow, that’s just eye-popping! Amazing artistry.
Agree, and there’s lots more to come. You should see this underpass!
Best underpass ever!
Agree!!! I’m still posting the pieces. I’m almost finished side 1! LOL I’m putting Guest Submissions in between every so often, so as not to bore everyone.
I noticed that and think it’s great, but no worries about boring anyone!
Whew!
