There is writing in the upper right corner! I can make out what appears to say “2011”
I think I see “Spud Phil” written in there?
It might be the Artist(s) name(s).
If anyone can read it, I’d like to know what it says! There is a shot of the writing in the slideshow.

I love the way taggers can’t leave a good piece alone, not.
It’s a long running piece, and it’s painted through an indent, so it’s challenging to capture.
