Alley Cat

Although I’m trying to systematically document areas, I can’t help getting excited and becoming creatively scattered.

Sometimes I’m just like an alley cat going for the bits I like best in whatever lane I’m in.

Alley #2

I pushed the colors in the shot below more than I ever have in a pic. It’s an attempt to show how lush the Graffiti Art is in some of Toronto’s core back lanes.

Pretty Girls

“Diamonds are nice and so are pearls,
but there’s nothing like us pretty girls” (unknown quote)

This quote was submitted  by Le Drake Noir  in the comments section of my post from February 2, 2013 titled “For Your Love”

It has inspired this Post, so Le Drake Noir, this one’s for you!

In the Sexy Mile

On my way back to the car, I cut through a section of the painted alley that runs for almost a mile between Bathurst and Spadina south of Queen Street W., I stop to grab a quick pic.

Q.W. Alley #10

As I pass, I glance up the cross alley that runs north to Queen West. There’s at least 6, maybe 8 more works.  The second one on the left side appears exceptionally appealing to me. I will return to capture each piece.
