You see me with your tiger eyes.
I look at you and fall in love with the eyes of a tiger.
A power box I fell in love with, west side of Dufferin St. between King and Queen.

Spray paint from 2012

It’s a small mural, but what does size have to do with art?

MIKE’S GENERAL STORE Face 4.
In 2011, a painting of this Steve McQueen – Bullitt – movie poster was added onto an outcrop.

Here is the side, originally done in 1999, with the 2011 addition. The prairie sun was my usual foil.

Steve McQueen was the epitome of cool! He was only 50 when he passed away from Mesothelioma.

MIKE’S GENERAL STORE: In business since 1979, here is Face 3 of this wonderful freehand piece by artist Chris R. Easton.

Is this “FAY WRAY” here?

I went to Mike’s website today. What a fun place!

MIKE’S GENERAL STORE: Face #2. At 52 St. Anne’s Road, you can sell or you can buy Vintage Collectables.

This part of the mural seems vintage 1950’s or 60’s.

The store was closed on the Easter weekend day I was there, otherwise I would have gone in and tried to meet Mike or Barb.

OMG! It looks like “CHARLIE CHAPLIN” is peeking around the corner of Face 3..

MIKE’S GENERAL STORE IS A WINNIPEG FIXTURE.
Face 1 of 4 starts with “Keith Richards”. This vintage store weaves its fab mural around 3 sides of a building.

it appears “Neil Young is also on the scene.

It’s about vintage records, and Neil has discovered a “Guess Who” album. In 2011 when Keith & Neil were added to this mural mostly painted in 1999, the famous Winnipeg band was also very vintage.

Face 2 is next up on GLaM!

This sweet image is on a small indent wall, and intros’ Face 2.

Classified as a “Mural of Winnipeg”, “Sign’s and Wonders” has hogged the artist credited. I’d like to see human name(s).
