So what if this art is on an old wood garage with many flaws & dry rot?

It was a “Le Gasp” moment for me when I found it.

A woman, a tiger & a bird are one helluva gorgeous line-up!

Great images!
Agree!
i agree, that you agree…
Great art work
Agree!
Love the colors. Beautiful street art. The bird is such a lovely shade of blue.
It’s simple, and resonates! 😀 ❤
Oh my a new fav for me, love it dry rot and all. 😉
… and all!!!! 😀 😀
😉
A gasp here, Resa! AMAZING! The expression this artist drew with this woman’s eyes my mouth dropped. And that tiger and bird! Unbelievable! They look all so real! What a fantastic find!! WOW!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you, dear Amy… but somehow, you are the wow. Has anyone told you how truly beautiful you are, lately? Well, you are! So there! Love you darlin’!
Oh, Resa! My goodness! How on earth do I even reply to what you just said? *tears* Bless your Heart! 💖💖💖
❤️💙💋🦄🌈☮️💛
Great trio… and I like that the artist chose blue for the bird, as it is a color associated with (our inner) thoughts and Unconscious. Hugs across the miles, my friend. 😘❣️
🦄💙 Agree, and Infinity is next! My dear Aquileana…. is there another color to infinity after blue?
Hugs & love! xoxo
I am not sure…. I´d say that probably purple, as it results of red and blue being mixed. 😀
Hugs & happy weekend dear Re! ❤ (Sorry for the delay, just catching up after a few very hot days here, I can´t even tell you 😀 )
Hahaha!! Hot days indeed. 😀 Honestly, I don’t know what is worse. sweltering it out in the heat, or freezing, like I am here! I’ll bet you are +40C (with humidity) We are -40C here (with wind).
Well, spring and fall are now the good seasons.
I completely agree about purple for infinity. I will have to mix one! ❤
((Cold weather is worse, no doubt about it. LOL!)) 😅❄️💨
Good that you agree with my suggestion.
Hugs across the miles & happy weekend, my friend 😘❣️
Beautiful street art and great photos, dear Resa. The trio of wife, tiger and bird is interesting and you can think about why the artist brought the woman together with the tiger and the bird.
There are many possibilities for interpretation …
Great that you found it.
Have a nice day 🙂
Julia ❤
How wonderful that art makes you think! That is partly why you have such a great career ahead of you!
It’s always a pleasure to see you here.
The weekend is coming up, so have a fab one dear Julia! ❤ 😀
I see a lot of strength … but not sure where the bird fits into my thoughts. Love the way the artist used blue.
The blue is great. There was another piece awhile back where the blue was used well. I’m painting a gown right now, and blue is my anchor color.
Woah. Rough and real and yet dignified and well, classy
Agree! Totally!
I’m still amazed by where all this graffiti comes from. There’s a bit in Manchester, but it’s pretty illegal… I think. Maybe all the relentless rain just washes it off before it can set.
SO, Toronto is having a love affair with street art. You are nobody until an artist paints your garage, your house, your building or your truck. Yes, truck and car graffiti is getting popular.
Thank goodness! When the art stops, I suppose this blog will. However, I do not see that for at least 2 years. I’ve got a lot of work to do!
PS Rain does not wash off the paint…. unless the Manchester artists are using water colors or perhaps acrylics.
LOL!!!
Madam, you’re not allowed to stop blogging or I’d miss you too much. So I’d have to move there and do my juvenile graffiti all over the city: “Canada likes cans LOL!” etc.
Actually, my favourite band the Stone Roses, in 1985, sprayed the band name all over the city centre at 3am as a PR thing. Got them in trouble. Also, they later hurled tins of paint all over a record manager. Bloody hoodlums.
OMG!!! Wish you took pics of that Stone Roses bit! Well, keep your eyes open. Do you ever go to London? I hear there’s a ship load of street art there.
Well, sorry, I was 1 when that happened and Manchester council was bloody annoyed and it’s since been long removed.
London has a ship load, yeah, and I lived there for 2 years back in ’06/’07, but I think I was too drunk at the time to notice graffiti. I got my sister the Graffiti Brasil book for her birthday, though! That was ’06. Gaze! https://www.amazon.com/Graffiti-Brasil-Street-Graphics-Art/dp/0500285748
Cool, I’ll check it out! When you go to London take a camera. I use the IPhone’s camera. ❤
I don’t go to London. Not unless “they” want me there. Mwah. Mwahahahaha!
The artwork definitely beautifies the dry rot. 🙂 Love the tiger! Great finding, Resa!
Art beautifies, or at least creates discussion. 😀 I’m so glad you like the street art as much as I do! 😀
Love this post
Thank you!!! I love this old garage door that’s been made beautiful!
Oh wow you unveiled each part of this one so well that I joined you in the “le gasp”!! xxoo
Yay, le gasping together! It really is something to find so much art in the streets and alleys. I could have never imagined this, but now…. well, I insist on it! 😀 ❤ xxoo
I absolutely love this one! That gal looks like she means business, and there’s a mystery in her eyes. I wonder if I can write a story about her and that tiger and bird…
Write away, my dear!!!
Beauties!
Yeah, thank you!!!! Hope you are very well! ❤
All good, Resa. Just got back from a short vacation. Thank you.
Lovely as always 🙂
Thank you, Nalik!!! 😀
I love them all but the lady and the bird…wow! Just gorgeous!
Agree! 😀
