Two-fer the Road

This is from the side of a power box.

This is the side around the corner.

Together they equal this.

I found this Elvis up the road. It’s painted on an opaque plastic, with kind of tiny bubbles in it.

I’m heading over to Art Gowns to work on a Special! I need to focus, so comments are closed.

Box Artist

Squirrel & Girl

This sweet squirrel was at the top of an alley branching off another alley.

What side of the fence is he/she on?

Anyway, it made the alley look promising.

NOT!

The alley deteriorated into trash and throw ups on all the garage doors.

However I found a face I like. Looks like it’s been there a quite few years.

Frank Zappa

I found Frank Zappa Today!

I adore the characterization.

The trees and ivy obscured the art and its message.

It says: Stupidity Has A Certain Charm

Ignorance Does Not

I had to take this from an angle. The angle was in the first lane of west bound traffic in the road. I waited until the light was red both ways , then made my moves. Most excitement I’ve had in 2 years!

As a Veggie, I chose this song, my fave vegetable song, ever!

Drake & Rough Trade – En Graffe

Billboard has named DRAKE; the “Artist of the Decade”

I chose this song by Drake, because it was outta the gate the year after I worked with him, on “Degrassi the Next Generation”. He was a decent person, with respects and good work ethics.

ROUGH TRADE

This 80’s  Canadian band was fronted by Carol Pope & Kevin Staples.

Perhaps they were like a New Wave version of Alice Cooper?  You know rough, in an oddly sexy way.

They seem somewhere between Rock, Punk and New Wave; and I like them lots!

So cool, Carole Pope and Dusty Springfield had an affair! http://www.laventure.net/tourist/anti-diva.htm

It was difficult to pick a fave song. They had a lot of good ones.
