It seems Nick had some help from “Patch” & (Oben Flats or Of Ben Lats)?

  1. This is one ‘biggggg’ fence, Resa. 🙂
The hummingbird (orange) is incredibly lifelike and so colourful.
And yes, Cindy’s images are also magical. Spring has really sprung!
    xoxoxo

  2. Fantastic hummingbirds, Resa — thanks so much for showing us Nick Sweetman’s great art. There’s so much movement–including what seems to me like the nectar drops–and color and liveliness.

  3. I love them! Gorgeous! Amazing you have seen six in Toronto, but their populations are growing, due in large part to backyard feeders. They make it all the way to Alaska.

    1. A backyard feeder? I’ll check into that when I get back. I’m planning to grow Milkweed for the Monarchs! Their #’s have fallen greatly!. xo

  4. Great paint spotting technique for the nectar, really gives it that vibrant nature vibe of action taking place. Brilliant stuff as ever my friend.

  5. Don’t know how I missed this awesome post Resa – love hummingbirds and the artist here created a magical fairy tale with sparkles and all.
