A blue lizard, I thought. Get real!!

Turns out, lizards can be blue. More importantly popular opinion says this is a snake! LOL!

I think they eat insects.

I’d love it if they ate flowers!

I eat flowers.

I suppose lizards love flowers because the insects like flowers.

I bet Maria from The Tropical Flowering Zone knows all about this matter.

(S)he’s very cute!

Wow! Fabulous!
I luv the lizard!
We have blue lizards at The Holler!
LOL! I’m sure you have blue lizards. You have everything in the Holler. Except … snowmen. 🙂
If you have snowmen, I’ll drink a glass of wine!!
Love that blue lizard, very charming, great detail work on it! My favorite is the ant, I should use that little bug and incorporated into a shoe design!
Need to think about that 🙂
The ant is my fave, too! 🙂 (I like the idea an ant shoe… or a lady bug shoe or a dragonfly shoe) 🙂
I have a lady bug shoe, holding on to it for the summer posts! Dragonfly is a tempting one too! xoxo
Beauiful! I like the beetles. Maybe that is a python, but I am not an expert on reptiles.
Someone on Twitter thought it was a ssssnake. LOL! It looks more snake-ish every time I look at it. You realize, I’m the one who thought storks were sea gulls. Once I find out for sure, I’ll update if needed!
Lizard’s scary 😉
Yes, it is scary, but “SIGH” it could be a snake. 🙂 Still, it is a gorgeous piece of street art!
Yes, I think it’s a snake, you can see it coiled in the back, what a great mural Resa, it’s like a whole corner of a wall?
It’s a big section of a long fence with many jungle images. This artist had a lot to do with it, although other artists have contributed. Well, I will update the lizard to a snake. Sigh! I feel a bit … st2pid! Other than that, it is a wonderful piece, I’m glad I found & posted it!
Thank you vert much for your valuable input!
Oh, I’ve had to do it with plants too, changing their names, don’t feel bad for that. I usually say “this post was revised” and that’s all. I don’t give reasons for anything
Okay! Thank you!
Or don’t say anything at all! 🌺
I just added a line saying popular opinion says it’s a snake. The rest of the post still works! I did a post on a mural with sea gulls a while back. Turns out they were storks.
Fantastic art work Resa! Whether it’s a snake or lizard, I love the blue reptile and the scarabs are great too. Wonderfully vibrant.
I luv it, too! This is the second snake I have misidentified. Good thing I’m not writing nature books!
Wow, these are fantastic! Nick Sweetman, respect!
Agree!
This is definitely a snake, and a very
nicely painted one too. I can almost hear
it hissing away as it selects it’s breakfast
of bugs and flying insects 🙂
It’s a fantastic find Resa, and the artist has done a fine job 🙂

I love this artist’s work! So glad you got to see it! xxx 😀
Me too, it’s awesome Resa 🙂 xxx
Wow so colorful! Amazing photos! 💜
Love the snake – the palette, the style – just love it.
Okay… it’s a snake & you are right, it’s stunning!
