At 445 Chalmers Avenue in Winnipeg there is a very large second-hand store; The Kildonan MCC Thrift Shop.
Two sides of the building have been painted into one mural. I started at the street side of the building and made a Slideshow around into the parking lot. The pretty hippie under my text is the final shot of the sequence.

It’s on the sweet side.

Nice to see the themes of these artists embrace as wide as it does… 🙂
Makes me feel like tying flowers in my hair! 😉
That’s one of the wonders of Winnipeg ….huge giant murals that cover sides of building, and sometimes entire buildings.
I am finding some in Toronto, as well. – hugs- Resa 😉
How big is the city of Winnipeg..?
– it seems to be an exciting place in many ways.
Yeah, flowers in your hair and then dressed in one of these beautiful gowns – it would be perfection of style… ‘hugs’ 😉
Winnipeg is about 600,000 people. It is in the middle of the prairies, the middle of nowhere. Winter is disgustingly frigid, but Winnipeg has great Murals… unequivocally!
Gowns and flowers…. sound wonderful!
