This bird, in a Canadian aboriginal style, is by the ““Crossing Communities Art Project“.

Local artists make art with women who are marginalized by social/injustice issues. They’ve either been in conflict with the law, in prison or at risk of offending due to a past history of poverty or violence.

Once the fish are caught, they are sold on shore.

People have earned their living and food this way for millenniums…

… and I don’t eat fish ..

… but I have respect for the natural culture!

This has got to be the best fish mural, ever!

The churning waters …..

… the fish ..

… oh, think I’m getting seasick!

Speaking of seasick, wait ’til you sea the jaws around the corner.

This theater was originally behind a gas station for many years.

On Osborne, it’s a busy mural so it’s a busy slideshow.
Featured are stand up comedy, drama, music, dance and more. The faces shown in this mural are actual performers at the theater.
