The “Top Cat” is signed below, but I can’t read it.
It appears a crew painted this. I notice Kwest’s signature & BSM (Body, Soul, Mind) I like the way the writing drops off then finishes on Top Cat.

He’s real, & has a seat in the alley between the Bathurst Subway &Bloor.
It’s a long narrow alley, the large man being a smudge at the extreme left. He’s at the corner of Bathurst & this alley most days. He seems very angry/annoyed whenever I see him. He’s scary. He’s very humongous.Nonetheless, Jarus’ portrait of this person is flattering, yet wildly revealing
