He’s real, & has a seat in the alley between the Bathurst Subway &Bloor.

It’s a long narrow alley, the large man being a smudge at the extreme left. He’s at the corner of Bathurst & this alley most days. He seems very angry/annoyed whenever I see him. He’s scary. He’s very humongous.Nonetheless, Jarus’ portrait of this person is flattering, yet wildly revealing
Set midst graf, I found some other pleasantries. .

He does look mean and scary, Resa. Think I’d be giving him a wide berth; though it is a fantastic piece of art. 🙂
I give him plenty of berth, as do most who must pass him to get to the subway. 🙂 It is odd to see him in real life, sentinel to the alley that holds his portrait. I do at least 10 double takes every time I go by! 🙂
Looks like my brother – in – law the red neck from way down South… had to do a double take. 😉 I like it though, great attention to features. 🙂
“LOL” I know what you mean about liking the piece….even though the model isn’t typical! 🙂
Bonne soirée Resa 🙂
