Theater Engagement Two
Here are the rest of The Gas Station Theatre’s and adjacent plaza’s surrounding planters.
Considering the brutality of a Winnipeg winter, they’ve held up nicely.
The Gas Station Theatre is located at 445 River Ave. Winnipeg.
The Artist is unknown.
The next 2 are the last 2 planters.

Theater Engagement One
Done 7 years ago as a beautification project, The Gas Station Theatre’s and adjacent plaza’s surrounding planters were all painted.
Located at 445 River Avenue, the Artist is Unknown
In 2006, the owners of the property were asked not to plant flowers in the planters because criminals were stashing their drugs and weapons in them.
I was there in the fall of 2012. There was enough dead plants in the planters to suggest that the beautification had succeeded and vegetation is once again welcomed.

I shot some wildlife in my fav alley south of Queen St. W. If you look closely, you will notice 2 pigeons in the slush.
