{{{HUGS))) Broccoli rules! LOL! Remember, in order to absorb Calcium we need lots of vitamin C & D. Those 2 combined create the Calcium Catalyst! I can’t remember daily doses, as I’ve been into my routine for so long. 🌹❤️
Resa, right now I am taking high doses of vitamin D3 and vitamin C. I am getting all my calcium through food and food only. I am way behind on my D3 and as a result was having all kinds of trouble with my muscles. I’m finally beginning to feel better. My frame of mind also was in the toilet but that too is getting better. There is just so much to know about nutrition, what works and how. So glad you’ve got your diet worked out. I’m still a work-in-progress! 😙
