Pussy Cat Eyes

A little power box art, while I finish sorting out the new alley art.

Artist: Daniela Rocha

I’ve been back 3 times, and there were 18 pieces painted over a weekend.

Artist: Daniela Rocha

I am now certain, all of it was painted by women.

Next post will be from that alley, and by this artist. It’s just that I wanted to post this Pussy Cat first.

The traffic was endless,

…so I did what I could to capture the road side of the box.

    1. Jet! This piece of art is brightening up a very cementy part of the city! Lots of kids around here, as well, so it’s great for them. I feel I’m going to find another alley with lots of art. The artists are out in full force. Time to save up street art for the winter!

    1. Oh yes, much like our other post! 😀 The best is, when Carolyn Page saw it, she mentioned she had taken some power box pics, in Australia, and has sent them in! Also, I’m working on how a guest post about 18 women descending on an alley and painting 18 pieces in 2 days could work for WWI. 😀 Most street artists are men, or have been in the past. There are about 12 pieces that I will cover in posts on GLaM, as they have many aspects. The rest are single images, which I would normally put on my side bar, but would be the lynch pins for the article.
Well, I’ll be in touch on all that. Much love to you! xo Have a fab Sunday!

  2. 18 pieces; wow, Resa, what a treasure! And this one is a cutie… Love them there eyes.. 🙂
I can’t help but think of Tom Jones’ – What’s new Pussycat? –
    Pussycat, Pussycat, I love you
    Yes, I do!
    You and your pussycat lips!
    You and your pussycat eyes!
    You and your pussycat nose!
    Hahaaaa… So cute! 🙂

        1. It’s not about stalking. I think he’s going for the ice-cream concession on my blog. Remember….Sardine Ice-Cream It’s like a rhyme from childhood. …You scream, I scream, We all scream for sardine…. or something like that.

        1. I knew it! I’m sure they are born under the keypad. Once hatched they migrate to the screen, obviously attracted to the light! So, a computer ages at the rate of 88.75 years per/human year? Does that include Macs?
