A little power box art, while I finish sorting out the new alley art.

I’ve been back 3 times, and there were 18 pieces painted over a weekend.

I am now certain, all of it was painted by women.

Next post will be from that alley, and by this artist. It’s just that I wanted to post this Pussy Cat first.

The traffic was endless,

…so I did what I could to capture the road side of the box.

Bright and cheerful, great art. Amazingly prolific in one weekend, too. Lovely post, Resa.
Jet! This piece of art is brightening up a very cementy part of the city! Lots of kids around here, as well, so it’s great for them. I feel I’m going to find another alley with lots of art. The artists are out in full force. Time to save up street art for the winter!
OMG How cute is that!!! Agree with Jet Eliot above…bright and cheerful and hey, anything with a cat is pure gold.
Yes, CATS RULE!!!!

Wonderful colors. Your photos are always eye catching! 🙂
It’s a fun beauty, Michelle, and thank you for the compliments on my pics! 😀
🤗😊
Oh Resa that cat is adorable!! On a power box yahoooo it’s like “our” other post in that way 😉
Oh yes, much like our other post! 😀 The best is, when Carolyn Page saw it, she mentioned she had taken some power box pics, in Australia, and has sent them in! Also, I’m working on how a guest post about 18 women descending on an alley and painting 18 pieces in 2 days could work for WWI. 😀 Most street artists are men, or have been in the past. There are about 12 pieces that I will cover in posts on GLaM, as they have many aspects. The rest are single images, which I would normally put on my side bar, but would be the lynch pins for the article.
Well, I’ll be in touch on all that. Much love to you! xo Have a fab Sunday!
18 pieces; wow, Resa, what a treasure! And this one is a cutie… Love them there eyes.. 🙂
I can’t help but think of Tom Jones’ – What’s new Pussycat? –
Pussycat, Pussycat, I love you
Yes, I do!
You and your pussycat lips!
You and your pussycat eyes!
You and your pussycat nose!
Hahaaaa… So cute! 🙂

Oh! I love this!
Ey up, what are you doing here, madam? This is my patch! :o)
Mr. PM! I seem to have intruded on your patch. I am not stalking you…not at all.
It’s not about stalking. I think he’s going for the ice-cream concession on my blog. Remember….Sardine Ice-Cream It’s like a rhyme from childhood. …You scream, I scream, We all scream for sardine…. or something like that.
Ok, but I am stalking PM. 🙂
Well, then this is a good a place as any. 😀
Have you noticed he looks a lot like a wodge of cheese?
Yes, sigh.
Don’t worry! She’s not going for the ice-cream concession. 😀
It is absolutely adorable! I’m with you!
Daw, I could sit and stare at that cat one all day. Well, for a good hour or so, anyway.
I know, it really is cute as a button! I stared at it for 15 minutes. …. Is it possible my laptop is breeding fruit flies?
It is possible. My laptop is breeding laziness and stupidity. It’s 4 years old, you see, which in human terms means it’s 355 years old.
I knew it! I’m sure they are born under the keypad. Once hatched they migrate to the screen, obviously attracted to the light! So, a computer ages at the rate of 88.75 years per/human year? Does that include Macs?
Big Macs? Probably not, no, although I believe they’re crammed out with so many preservatives they’ll last 100 years.
So sweet ! That’s enough about you dear Resa. The cat’s sweet as well. LOL
Love and hugs. Ralph xoxoxo ❤
Aww, well, I might be part cat. At least I wish I was. How cool would that be? ❤ xoxoxo
Haha. Well, you could create a wonderful gown, then rip it to bits with your claws ? LOL
Hugs xoxoxo ❤

love the colours, love the topic! reblogged.
I agree, and TY for the reblog!
Colors are great, and I do like cats! 🙂
Yeah… cats… I would think as a Whitby Lady, I would have several….. if not a lot more! 😀
Kind of playing around with the idea of expanding your Whitbyness ladyship a little bit, maybe revealing a little bit more of your craft, but not too much! 😉
Cool! I sent you a mail!
It’s very cute. Sometimes it’s challenging trying to take a photo and not get run over by cars. Stay safe! 🙂
Ohhh yes! I have had many near misses. Could you imagine the damage done to a car if it ran over me? Outrageous! 😀
Cool cat!
Reblogged this on SUSANNE LEIST.
Absolutely stunning!
I certainly agree with that! 😀
