1816 – The North West Company battles with The Hudson Bay Company.
From The Canadian Encyclopedia

Again, I am on Main Street dodging cars and sun, so I shot the mural in sections. I present them in order from left to right.

After a scuffle, Semple grabbed the reins of Francois Bouchard’s horse. One called the other a scoundrel, and battle quickly ensued.

The battle lasted 15 minutes. When it was over, Semple and 21 of his men were dead.
