Signed “Elicser 08” in the bottom left, this lovely is found in the alley S. of Queen W. near Bathurst

Not sure what it’s about, but it is tagged Pato© or Patoc or Patoo at the top. There is a graf artist named Pato from Brazil. Is it a collaboration, or did some smart asp just tag it for fun?

The fact that it has survived 6 years in a heavily tagged alley without being written into oblivion, speaks to the respect this street artist commands.

Elgin Street alley, Ottawa, Canada.
So many beauties live in alleys.
I have only several more posts left from Ottawa. With luck the series I went there to Design the Costumes for will be renewed & I’ll collect more Graf. BTW Ottawa is amazing to visit!

Here is the rest of one of the historical murals by artist, John Kuna that make Toronto beautiful. I had been so excited when I found it, that I came home and hastily posted just one pic in the oxymornically titled post Vintage Youth

“These eyes have seen a lot of loves, But they’re never gonna see another one like I had with you.”

The opening quote is from a song – These eyes – written by Randy Bachman & Burton Cummings from Winnipeg, Canada

They’re older now, but a great song is a great song.
Have a listen while you look at the rest of these eyes by Anser!
