Now why would someone go and say that on such gorgeous piece of Graffiti Art? Queen West West near Dufferin Street, south alley.

This is all that is left of a Mural that once covered the front and side indent of a building at 835 Corydon Avenue.

It is occupied by Advanced Body Sugaring, a business that removes body hair with sugar. They have retained only the side indent painting.

In a side alley west of Dufferin Street, this gorgeous piece of Graffiti Art caught my eye.
The alley runs parallel to Dufferin, between Dufferin and Brock, and is off the main alley running south of Queen W. W.
The building is a bit crumbly, and the Art is a bit bleached from the sun when there is no foliage on the trees, yet the work of Art is still in very good shape
I even like the shadows.

1816 – The North West Company battles with The Hudson Bay Company.
From The Canadian Encyclopedia

Again, I am on Main Street dodging cars and sun, so I shot the mural in sections. I present them in order from left to right.

After a scuffle, Semple grabbed the reins of Francois Bouchard’s horse. One called the other a scoundrel, and battle quickly ensued.

The battle lasted 15 minutes. When it was over, Semple and 21 of his men were dead.
