The WINNIPEG JETS are in the Western Conference final. I’ve been a fan of the “Jets” since 2014. Sherrie has me all wound up!
This mural features the “Golden Jet” Bobby Hull whose slapshot was once clocked at 152.9 km/h. He was the first player in the NHL to sign a million dollar deal.
This mural also features Sherri’s fave, Teemu Selanne, inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame
Selanne Returned to Winnipeg for game six & got a standing ovation!
Bobby Hull & others have also returned to Winnipeg in the heat of the playoffs. “It’s going to be a hell of a game” says Bobby!

There’s still time to root for the American team once the Jets win the Western Conference, and face off with ,,, whomever! LOL! Game 1 tonight at 7, & I’ll be watching. Hoping Burton sings the anthem. If he also sings the American anthem, I know he’ll bring the house down!
Lol! Well I’m gonns have to root for Las Vegas though I doubt we have the stuff to beat Winnepeg. You know we are just recently really getting into hockey. I know a lot of people with kids into Hockey moved to Canada so they could train. Goldie Hahn and Kurt Russell being one. Don’t know if he got anywhere or not. I doubt they will sing the American Anthem. The reverse would never happen here. 😎

I just finished a new Art Gown! I did graffiti on her. I’ll start shooting her on Wednesday. Once that is done and posted, the door is next on my list!

Yeah, he’s a home town boy! They LOVE him in Winnipeg! They refurbished the old Walker Theater, and named it after him. That’s the theater where Nellie McClung and her girls did their mockery of men’s parliament. It was a turning point, and the women of Manitoba became the first in Canada… N. America, I believe, to get the vote!!!
Hey, Burton was in a car accident a few days ago! Now, he might not be able to sing at the big hockey game!
