I lead group bike rides of Toronto alleyways, just for kicks, not for $. Any way you could tell me where this garage is?
Thanks, Marc

It is north off Harbord near Bathurst. You can see the black cat garage from Harbord as you ride south from Spadina. It could even be between Ossington and Bathurst. There is a brand new mural on the side of a bike shop near Harbord and Ossington (N side. E of Ossington)
Also keep your eyes peeled out for the alleys S & E of Ossington off Harbord. There is some killer artwork, including a heart breaker of a new Blue Jays mural (birds not bb team) in the area. A very fruitful area!!!!
It was a very clean and peaceful alley! I walked for 2.5 hours today. I found 1 great big fantasy mural. Later, the best thing…. I found about 20 children were helping to paint this gorgeous mural. The artist who was directing them, painted all of the high up stuff, and the lower detail. The kids were having the best time.
Turns out all of the kids have 1 or no parents due to drug addiction. I can hardly wait to see it finished!!!
So sweet, Resa, and peaceful too, as you’ve written.
I’m a fan of minimalist ‘anything’; though, especially paintings/artwork; so this is right up my alley!
I think I just made a pun without meaning to! 😉 😉
Hahaaaa… 🙂
xoxoxo
Hahaha! I like puns. Not all alleys are as peaceful as this one. There was just something about it, the cleanliness, the artwork and the sun shining. xoxoxo 😀
Oh it’s so sweet! As you say, “peaceful.” I’m all for peace, particularly with the way the world is right now, such chaos! Let’s stop to smell the flowers.. or look at them in this case 🙂
Peace is what I have always wanted for mankind.
I do stop and smell roses. No matter how long I spend looking and smelling, it never seems enough. Love you! 😀
I want him on my garage!
It’s such a wonderful thing to see garage doors painted!
Maybe you could get humming birds on yours.
Awesome one Resa!

So beautiful 🦄 Would get along well with a haiku book. Looks asian, to a certain extent. Hugs, dear Resa ❣
❤ Now that you mention it, it does have a touch of Asian feel! Big hugs to you dear Aquileana!
Hugs my darling 😘

Good job documenting this! And you’re right – tomorrow these artifacts may be gone. Keep up your work!

That’s the first garage door I’ve seen like that. … awesome!
It is so pretty. The entire alley is just lovely. I have many more of its doors to post. It says a lot about the residents.
A toast to the attractive alley … clink!
I have a glass of red right by me, and I send a clink back at you!
Clink!
Pretty and colorful. Your walks are most rewarding.
Yes, the walks are amazing. Tuesday looks like a good day! Wish me luck!
I love this
