cool one – in the wild if you startle a beaver they slap the water with their tail which makes a big crack and go under.
I seem to remember learning that, now that you mention it.
It’s such a cute animal. Nonetheless, I’ll stick with pussy cats.
I have seen what beaver dams do to a forest area, but as horrific as it looks, there is environmental balancing and richness going on.
yes, they used to keep flooding out a road near our cabin.
