Faces on walls are a fave of mine!
Yes, I have many graf faves and loves, and faces in alleys are one.
She’s a beauty!
Yes, I might over do it, but I can’t help myself!

The Artist:
I adore how the faces change from different perspectives!
Her elegance makes that mural!
Yes, and it makes the alley!
She is so lifelike, Resa; beautiful indeed… 🙂
She was a great find that day. It was an unexpected surprise! 😀
Reading later comments and found your alteration to: Malala Yousafzai
I do believe it is, Resa.. Quite an incredibly brave young woman!
There is something so deeply profound in the artwork. Wonderful how the artist captured her strength and depth…
Agree! I’m so glad Aq pointed Malala out to me. I’m honored to have seen this art & have it in our collection.
Peaceful expression and just lovely. Colorful but calming. Beautiful.
I was thrilled to find it. I was so not expecting it in this particular alley!
It is great how changes, from different perspectives. I can not draw faces, so so impressed that has been been achieved outside with paint.
It is fantastic how so many artists can paint wonderfully on walls. I’ve always been particularly fascinated by faces on walls!
Lovely eyes 🙂 ❤ xoxoxo
Yes, it is Malala Yousafzai! 😀 I just realized!!! I changed the title to Malala Yousafzai – Facing an Alley. ❤ xoxoxoxoxo

Yeah… and I now realize it is a portrait of Malala Yousafzai. What a courageous young woman! I’ve changed the title to: Malala Yousafzai – Facing an Alley
Oh wow! Definitely courageous. I love how people can live forever through art.
How beautiful! The subtle smile and expression of her eyes is brilliant! 🙂 🙂

It is stunning, and I hadn’t realized that it’s a portrait of Malala Yousafzai. Talk about a brave young woman! I’ve changed the title to – Malala Yousafzai – Facing an Alley. 😀 xx

YOU”RE RIGHT! I checked out the pics of her on Google Images. I think I even found the pic the artist used! You are sooo astute! Of course, and I found her face in Little India! Thank you, Aq! I changed the title of this post to: Malala Yousafzai – Facing an Alley. HUGS! ❤

I love the faces on the wall as well my friend, especially the eyes and the beautiful nose, wonderfully made. 🙂
Agree, and I recently found out it’s a portrait of Malala Yousafzai ! How cool is that? 😀
Very cool! 😉
Yeah! 😀
Remarkable girl! The artist has captured her strength and beauty.
I agree! I feel so honored to have featured Malala’s image on my blog!
I can’t get over the amazing talent of these artist. Thanks so much for bringing this to us Resa xx
Can you imagine the waste of talent if these artists were not allowed to paint outdoors? Sure some go on to do gallery shows, but very few. Also, there are kaboodles of people who never go to gallery shows. The AGO is well trafficked, but it’s all classics & renowned artists, mostly dead.
Even at that, most do not go anywhere to see art. At least here we are surrounded by it 😀 xx
I’m so happy to see Malala in an alley in Toronto.
I am so happy about wall art. Such beauty filling the alleys and streets where there would be none. I would personally love to participate in a mural. 😊🌹
ME TOO!!!! I just posted a knock your sox off floral. It’s painted on a shack…I mean a rotting shack in east end China Town. I’m heading out again tomorrow to hunt down a couple of murals I heard about. The lead artist has died, and I already have the RIP memorial mural, but I just realized… put 2 + 2 together!
You know, I have a door on Queen St. where hubby agrees I can paint. I’ve done it once with words from Charlie Zero. He sent me more words. I plan to paint it in a couple of weeks. I call it “Street Poetry”. If you like it, I’d love to do some words from you!
Meanwhile, back in Art Gowns…….
That’s fantastic. I painted a small mural on my friends front wall of her house. A beach scene ( circle) years ago but it’s still there! Must ck out the latest at murals and art gowns !
Art Gowns is in holding due to painting of ATHENA!!! Working on Lady Anne, but the painting is sucking up my creative time!
I liked the different angles from which you capture her too. What a beautiful portrait!
Thank you! It is a wonderful piece, and I am trilled to have it in my collection!
Reblogged this on Die Erste Eslarner Zeitung – Aus und über Eslarn, sowie die bayerisch-tschechische Region!.
She is so brave, warmhearted and intelligent – there should be more like her…
Agree, and I’m happy to have been able to show this wall art!
