I was out looking for a different mural, that I’d heard about.
The rose caught the corner of my eye.
It was on a side street, and “le gasp” when I saw the entire piece.
Needless to say I was sidetracked, and forgot about the other mural.
Interesting… one of the artists, I would say the face artist, is the same artist who painted Scheheraholly.
Strength to all!

The Artists:
Artists have a marvelous way of sending compassionate and comforting messages to the world. The rose & the mask – brilliant symbolism. Stay strong and be well… Hugs coming your way.
IKR! The rose, and the mask give me shivers.
Rebecca, stay strong, and a BIG HUG to help with that!
Thank you to all the street artists!
Amen!!! They are amazing.
So wonderful and so many meanings for each of us, different as they may be.
Agree! It is a very meaningful painting. Street art is powerful, as is all art!

Le GASP is right! That is fantabulous, Sorceress. No wonder you got and stayed sidetracked!
How did I miss this comment. Must be blind in one eye and can’t see out of the other!
It happens to the best of us! No worries.
I guess this is something you do – tracking down magnificent pieces of art on the unlikeliest of places. You’re doing something wonderful here. Loving it.
Yay! Yes, that is one of the things I truly enjoy doing. The pandemic has slowed things down a bit, but there is still lots of art out there, and in my photo files!
Nice one. Well done, again. 🙂
Nice and contemporary. It’s really an excellent mural. Gasperama!
Yes! Gasparama!
This is absolutely incredible
I must agree with you! Take care!
Beautiful and very meaningful. Street art is always interesting, but this is especially lovely, love it.
Ms. Frances,
I agree. This is a special piece. It speaks to the time. It speaks!
Thank you for your visit!
Amazing.
IKR!!!! Love it!
Oh my God… IKR??? I used to say these letters as a word all the time for a joke years ago.
xoxo
Intricacy surrounding the rose … brilliant … for me, the blank area allowing the rose to stand out makes this one special.
I agree! That is how the rose caught the corner of my eye! Nice to see you, and it sounds like you are holding out, well!
So beautiful in every way!
It really is a special piece! ♞
Another amazing wall of art and yet it is obscured by street furniture again! Luckily I can see most of the image and the important parts. And I am going to have to take heed and inspiration from this picture as I need to install Windows again for the fourth time since Feb….so if I seem to disappear for a long time don’t worry, I’ll be busy trying to get a working laptop! Thanks for the post and stay safe.
OMG! How did I miss this comment?
The mural is hugely inspirational. Your Windows, is not!
I know they are a bit pricey, but you will never regret getting a Mac! I cut corners, to get mine.
So, it’s the time of Covid. You can’t go anywhere, anyway. Mac is an answer for designers.
Fabulous post Resa. Great photos!
Thanks, Dave! Stay strong!
Wowza. That’s stunning!
Agree!!!!!
Stunning!
Agree!
Amazing. 🙂
I agree, dear LDN! Love, and stay strong to you!
Same wishes your way, my darling. 🙂
xoxoxoxo
Hell, yeah! It’s such a stunning mural!
Yeah…Hell! Love ya! xoxoxoxoxo
That is Cool!
IKR!!!!!
Wow, this is absolutely fabulous Resa! I’m so glad you found and shared this one – it’s not only gorgeous, it has a beautiful message as well. Thanks for sharing this!
You’re welcome, Terri! I agree, this mural has a beautiful message!
Oh, Resa… what a jaw dropping mural!!!! Same artist as Scheheraholly… figures! Great find and strangely enough even the bins work well with it!
xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
❤️💖❤️
Lol! I decided a long time ago that bins, signs, cars and whatnot all work with street art. Usually I can shoot around it, shoot the reflections, etc. I’ve only been totally thwarted once.
There’s an old expression….. something like …. I love you; warts and all.
I wonder what the classic artists would think about today’s street art?
❦😘❦🏵❦🎨❦😘❦🏵❦🎨❦😘❦🏵❦🎨❦😘❦🏵❦🎨
I think that in many cases artists are already taking these elements into account and somehow include them in their composition.
It would be interesting seeing the face of Rembrandt in front of a street art mural. I think he’d appreciate talent but I can also see him picking up his brushes to ‘complete’ them! 🤣😉😂

Stay safe!!
All the best,
Hanna
I will, and you stay safe, too! ❤ ❤ ❤
Thanks Resa 🌷🌷🌷
I can see why you were sidetracked, Resa! Wow! She is stunning! The entire mural is…well, I’m running out of fabulous adjectives. But, she is gorgeous and the message is empowering for everyone. Just look at all the intricacies. Another amazing discovery! xoxo
I adore this piece!!! So happy you got to see it! xoxo
Me, too! 🥰🥰🥰
How did I miss this? I been living inside a concrete bunker. This is gorgeous and wow! What a message! I love this, the beautiful rose and lovely face. . This is such a wonderful find dear Resa , it is lovely in so many ways
xoxo xoxo 😘
I got completely sidetracked when I saw this! I was looking for something else, then found this.
It’s a wonderful piece, and perfect to leave up here while I clean up the Art Gowns room, shoot, and focus on making a post. I’ll send you a pic when I start shooting (2-3 days!) The cats have killed the rug in the Art Gowns room….. and I don’t mean that in the cool way! Jeep has designated the room as their place to vomit… fur balls, plant material, general bile, etc.
She has also designated the floor in the hallway in front of the bathroom door, and the floor exactly where I put my feet when I get out of bed.
I digress, pardon!
Holly, thank you so very much for the reblog!

Busy lady! This is a wonderful post to leave up for a while, I can’t wait to see the gown finale. Jeep may be jealous of all the attention the dress form is getting (gods, I keep forgetting her name). I wanted something beautiful to share and where else to find it but right here.

Yay!!!
I went unplugged yesterday. After the music night, I got on a real creative bend. I think I have a story for the next PBH adventure.
Drew a pic, for episode 2… lol and I might have a bad guy/gal idea. Will mail you later!

This is a beautiful find Resa. What a masterpiece of street art. The detail is mind blowing and the message divine. Art like this can make any wall a city treasure piece. Just my totally mesmerized opinion. Me likes.
I so agree! I just finished my new Art Gown, so will be leaving this up while I shoot her and make a post. I need to focus, on that. So glad you got to see this, Dan!
I shall remain eternally gobsmacked and appreciative. Happy art gown celebration.
Of course it’s a few weeks away, but I’ve been thinking about my next PBH story. I’ve only drawn 1 pic so far… the gown is taking all my time.
However, I’m thinking the bad guy in this story could be a storm… a tornado in particular.
How are Hyperion’s inner dragons at fighting tornadoes?
This sounds like a great story for PBH and friends. Hyperion’s inner Dragons are right at home with storms. His Head Elves are a bit more cautious.
Okay, a tornado it is!
Wooo hoooo! In ancient Mongolia, the people were deathly afraid of thunder because thunder and lightening was caused by Dragons doing Dragon things. They didn’t mess with Dragons or Mother Nature.
Of course!!!!
Ohhhh! This is fabulous! Thank you so much for sharing, Resa! ❤️
My pleasure, Merril! ❦🌹xo❦🌹xo
I love this 110%. <3<3
Me too! So happy you got to see it!
She is dynamic. No wonder you were sidetracked.
She’s brilliant! I’m leaving her up fr a couple of weeks. I finished a new Art Gown, and want to focus on shooting and posting that.
This mural is perfect to linger for a while.
That’s some serious talent, it is one of those murals that the passerby can stare at and get lost in interpreting. This is seriously good stuff.
Agree, Ste J!
TRULY A MASTERPIECE EFFORT!
Thank you, Jonathan!
Sorry for the late reply, but I am over on Art Gowns. I just did a new gown, so it’s been very busy there!
Again, thank you!

Yay, it is a fab work of art!
It’s stunning…. Pls check out my blog too 😃…have a nice day 😊
What a fabulous mural. Thanks for sharing, Resa…
A really great composition…
(Why do “they” always put garbage cans in front of art? Tsss)
🙏🏻
Stay safe, stay strong.
Lol! If they don’t put garbage cans in front, they park cars. Best, they plant trees.
Lol!
It is a wonderful mural.
Pardon fro the tardy response, I’ve been over on Art Gowns!
No worry. No rush. But it’s true, the worst is wen they plant trees and one can never get a clear shot. 😉
This is a stunner, Resa. Its humble location is a part of the message.
Agree about the humble location.
Take care dear Inese!
Thank you! You too!
Wow Resa.. this is a stunning piece of art with a message so needed in the world right now..
Beautiful images… The artist pure talent.. ❤ Thank you for sharing ❤
Agree!
As you know, I’m over on Art Gowns right now.
LOL
I don’t want to confuse people, but you already identify my 2 blogs.
Sending all great and best wishes! Resa xoxo
And both your blogs are delight to visit dear Resa… Sending love and enjoy your weekend.. 🙂
Sending joy and love to you, Sue! ❤
Many thanks also Resa.. ❤
Enchanting! I can see why you got distracted. Wonder what future generations will make of the mask? Or a hundred years? The pandemic of 2020…
That’s an interesting question.
Who knows? We could see a series of pandemics over the next 100 years, and the mask will become common place.
