285 Smith Street
MURAL OF THE YEAR 2003
I felt dizzy …. woozy and I knew I wasn’t drunk.
I suddenly realized it was the horizon. I used my zoom, and reeled the area in. It was a building painted on a building, The St. Regis Hotel – 1911. The sky line was insane.
There was construction pounding at the base of the building and a jammed half-block long parking lot. So I went back on a Sunday.
Amazing!
Shots taken by Resa, on October 5 & 7, 2012

I don’t remember this one. Was this from the trip where I had to stay in the car and keep driving around because there was no parking?
This was about a block from GG”s hospice. I took pics when I went to get her smokes. “lol” ❤
Awesome Resa! Musta felt like time travel for a while there.
Yeah, time travel, but that was after not drunk.
So there I was reeling from not drinking in a different time period … very unique experience! 😉
Super clever! You really covered all the angles well – I’m glad you’re doing this kind of recording – truly!
